Check-out Time
Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM.
We’re able to offer late check-out when there’s a gap between guests, but most of the time, especially with same-day turnarounds, it’s not possible. Please contact us and we’ll do our best, without any promises.
Our cleaning team needs the full window to properly prepare the home for the next guests arriving later that day. Thank you for your understanding!

Check-out Process
GUEST(S) SHALL LEAVE PREMISES IN CLEAN, UNDAMAGED CONDITION, SIMILAR TO THE WAY YOU FOUND IT. THE CLEANING FEE COVERS LAUNDRY, BEDDING, SANITATION, AND CLEANING ASSOCIATED WITH NORMAL, RESPECTFUL USE OF OUR HOME. YOU WILL NOT NEED TO CHECK-OUT WITH ANYONE WHEN YOU LEAVE.
Before your departure, We ask that you follow these steps prior to your departure:
Generally pick up the home – make sure all garbage/debris is picked up (inside and out).
Check out time is 10AM, unless prior arrangements are made.
Turn off all mini split on each room. 6 total. (The vents should be closed down and no lights)
Make sure all windows and sliders are closed and latched; Close blinds and curtains.
Turn off inside and outside lights (except the motion sensor light).
Clean all dishes, pots and pans and start the dishwasher. Always use Cascade (under the sink) to prevent water stains. You may leave hand-wash dishes out to dry.
Wipe down kitchen counters, cooktop and dining tables. Note: Please do not ‘self clean’ the oven.
Strip all beds (that were used) of linens and place in a pile in the bedroom used. Please do not strip beds that were not used.
Put all used towels in the laundry room.
Put all trash in the cans in front of the property along the street and at least few feet apart, The truck man doesn’t want to step out from the truck. 2 bins available.
Collect all trash (including bathrooms and kitchen).
Discard recyclables or take them with you.
Make sure all garbage is secure in a can so animals don’t get into it.
Stack chairs on the deck. Cover the grill.
Return all furniture to its original location.
Clean out the fridge and pantry – Take all your food with you.
Verify the door is locked as you leave.
